DMCA Policy

StreamIPTV4k operates as a service reseller and does not host, store, broadcast, or upload any copyrighted content on its servers. We provide access to streams sourced from third-party providers who are responsible for the legality of their content.

2 Reporting Copyright Infringement

3 Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted or that was attributed to you was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

4 Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, StreamIPTV4k has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

We may also limit access to our service or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

5 Disclaimer of Liability

StreamIPTV4k acts strictly as an intermediary providing access to streams from third-party sources. We do not control, verify, or endorse the content provided through these streams. Any copyright concerns regarding specific content should be directed to the original source provider.

Filing a false or misleading DMCA notice may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please ensure your claims are accurate and made in good faith before submission.

6 Response Time

We strive to review and respond to all valid DMCA notices within 5–10 business days of receipt. Upon verification, we will take the appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content and notifying the affected user.
