• Have a valid email address and payment method
• Have a stable internet connection capable of streaming

You are solely responsible for ensuring that use of our service is legal in your jurisdiction. StreamIPTV4K is not responsible for any legal issues arising from your use of the service in regions where IPTV restrictions apply.

All subscriptions are prepaid. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Prices are displayed in USD and subject to change with prior notice
• Payment must be made before access to the service is granted
• Your subscription is valid for the period you have paid for
• There is no automatic renewal — you choose when to renew
• We accept multiple payment methods including cards, digital wallets, and cryptocurrency
• Sharing your account credentials with others is strictly prohibited

We are confident in the quality of our service. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund — if we are unable to resolve a persistent technical issue within 48 hours of your report
• Free trial — we offer a 24-hour free trial before any payment is required
• No refunds — for change of mind after a working subscription has been delivered
• No refunds — for violations of our acceptable use policy
• No refunds — for issues caused by your internet connection or device

All refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of the reported issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

You agree to use StreamIPTV4K only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your account credentials without authorization
• Using the service for commercial broadcasting or public display
• Attempting to bypass, hack, or disrupt our streaming infrastructure
• Using automated tools or bots to access our service
• Recording or capturing streams for redistribution
• Using the service to access illegal content in your jurisdiction

All content, branding, logos, and materials on the StreamIPTV4K website are the intellectual property of StreamIPTV4K and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The streaming content delivered through our service is owned by the respective content creators and broadcasters. StreamIPTV4K does not claim ownership of any broadcast content.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our website content without written permission
• Our logo and brand name may not be used without explicit authorization
• Content accessed through our service is for personal viewing only

StreamIPTV4K strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our service. Downtime may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance windows (announced in advance when possible)
• Technical issues beyond our control (network outages, server failures)
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions)
• Channel-specific issues from the original broadcaster

In the event of extended downtime (more than 48 hours) attributable to our infrastructure, we will compensate subscribers with an equivalent extension of their subscription period.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your username, password, and M3U link confidential
• Not share your credentials with anyone outside your household
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
• Use your subscription only on the number of devices permitted by your plan

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time:

• By you — simply do not renew your subscription at the end of the period
• By us — we may terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately
• No refund will be provided for terminations due to Terms violations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is violating these Terms, engaging in fraud, or causing harm to other users or our service.

StreamIPTV4K provides its service "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not warrant that our service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not responsible for content quality issues from original broadcasters
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period
